Mapei Mapecem Pronto preblended controlled-shrinkage mortar.
Quick-setting and drying, controlled-shrinkage mortar for screeds both internal and external with a special hydraulic binder base, admixtures, and selected aggregates. Suitable for unbonded, floating, and bonded screeds on old and new floor slabs, for laying wood, PVC, linoleum, ceramic, or any other type of floor covering where quick drying is required.
Pot life: 20-30 minutes
Setting time to light foot traffic at 20 °C: 3 hours
Final setting time at 20 °C: 24 hours
Compressive strength after 28 days: 62 MPa
Application depth: 10-70 mm depending on function, see technical data sheet
Approximate consumption: 2.0 kg/m2 per mm of thickness
Mix ratio: 0.08-0.09 L/kg of Mapecem Pronto
