Adheseal PU25 FC is our fast-curing, medium-modulus polyurethane sealant and adhesive for expansion joints, precast panels, pavement joints and general construction sealing. It accommodates ±25% joint movement and cures to a Shore A 25 flexible seal.
How to Apply:
Apply between 5°C and 40°C to clean, dry substrates. Concrete must cure for at least 28 days. Design joints at a 2:1 width-to-depth ratio. Internal joints require at least 5mm width and depth. External joints require at least 10mm width. Maximum joint width is 30mm and maximum depth is 15mm. Use closed-cell backing rod about 25% larger than the joint width. For concrete, masonry and other porous surfaces use Everflex Supaprime and allow 30 minutes to 2 hours. For metals, plastics and glazed tile, lightly abrade, clean and use Adheseal 50A, then seal within 30 minutes to 2 hours. Tool within 15 minutes before skin formation.
