Mapei Quickpatch high-performance concrete patch.
Versatile, fast-setting cementitious material for the patching of internal and external concrete surfaces. Variable water ratios for flexibility of placement. Light grey appearance, featherability, and quick setting time make Mapecem Quickpatch an almost universal patching agent.
Pot life: 20 minutes
Initial setting time at 20 °C: 40 minutes
Final setting time at 20 °C: 1 hour
Curing time: 16-24 hours
Compressive strength after 28 days: 27.6 MPa
Application depth: 1.5-38 mm neat, or 38-75 mm neat in areas no larger than 2.2 m2
Approximate consumption: 1.81 kg/L of cavity to be filled
Mix ratio: 0.19-0.21 L/kg of Mapecem Quickpatch
