Mapei Mapegrout T40 thixotropic repair mortar.

Medium strength, fibre-reinforced, shrinkage-compensated, thixotropic repair mortar for vertical or horizontal concrete surfaces such as support columns or the underside of balconies. Also suitable for the repair of surfaces in permanent contact with drinking water, or water works in general. Can be applied by trowel, float, or plaster sprayer.

Final setting time at 20 °C: 16-24 hours
Compressive strength after 28 days: 40 MPa
Application depth: 35 mm per layer without formwork
Approximate consumption: 1.85 km/m² per mm of thickness
Mix ratio: 0.15-0.16 L/kg of Mapegrout T40
