Mapei Planitop Smooth & Repair R4 structural repair mortar.
Rapid-setting, fibre-reinforced, polymer-modified, shrinkage-compensated, thixotropic mortar for repairing and smoothing both internal and external surfaces exposed to the air or in permanent contact with water. Suitable for fast repair of horizontal and vertical surfaces where a structural R4-class mortar is required, such as precast members or structural support beams.
Pot life: 15 minutes
Initial setting time at 20 °C: 20 minutes
Final setting time at 20 °C: 25 minutes
Compressive strength after 28 days: 50 MPa
Application depth: 3-40 mm per layer
Approximate consumption: 1.7 kg/m2 per mm of thickness
Mix ratio: 0.16-0.17 L/kg of Planitop Smooth & Repair R4
