Connolly Safety Cushion Caps are designed to reduce the risk of injury on-site. Made from recyclable plastic, Connolly Safety Cushion Caps are suitable for steel reinforcing bars N12–N32 mm, as well as star pickets.

  • Concave top design and supporting internal webbing minimises the risk of injury by absorbing impact. 
  • Injection moulded for accurate tolerances and consistency 
  • Reflective stripe on large cap for excellent night time visibility in all traffic areas 
  • Small Caps fit bars from 12 mm up to 20 mm 
  • Large Caps fit bars 20 mm up to 33 mm as well as Star Pickets
